Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

All products at Woodfurn India are made to order. We begin processing your order as soon as payment is confirmed. However, we understand that you may wish to modify or cancel your order under certain circumstances.

  • Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to a 5% deduction to cover payment gateway charges.

  • Product modifications can be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • Once manufacturing has started, a cancellation fee of 30% of the order value will apply.

  • If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may be applied.

We strive to make every process customer-friendly and will do our best to handle cancellations smoothly and fairly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item. Our team will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

As all our furniture is bespoke and made-to-order, returns are not accepted for custom products or personalized items. We also do not accept returns due to change of mind or unauthorized installations.

Before placing an order, please ensure the product dimensions suit your space and that the furniture can be easily moved through your doors or entryways during delivery.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges and Replacements

We accept replacement requests only if the product is damaged or defective during transit. Once the return is approved, a replacement for the same product will be dispatched.

For any reverse pickup, customers are required to properly repack the product in its original packaging for safe transit.
