Wood Selection

It all begins with the right foundation. We carefully select premium, seasoned timber sourced responsibly from sustainable commercial farms, ensuring environmental consciousness without compromising quality. Each log is thoroughly tested through de-worming and moisture control treatments to guarantee durability and long life.

Raw Manufacturing

Once the wood is ready, our skilled artisans and craftsmen begin transforming it into finely detailed furniture pieces. Every element — from leveling and precision cutting to gluing and assembly — is done with care and expertise. We use branded adhesives from Pidilite and follow industry-best manufacturing standards to ensure strength and perfection in every joint and curve.

Finishing and Polishing

To protect and enhance the natural beauty of the wood, we use high-quality, Made-in-India water-based and solvent-based stains supplied by Asian Paints. Our team performs detailed sanding and finishing work, ensuring the furniture resists moisture, light, and daily wear while maintaining a rich, elegant look.

Packaging and Dispatch

Once perfected, each piece is securely packed using a seven-layer protective system, including foam, bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, corners, and wooden pallets for heavy items. We ship through reputed logistics partners like FedEx and Blue Dart to ensure your furniture reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
